SALE We recommend submitting orders in writing.
In the case of telephone orders, a further written confirmation may be required before starting production.
No responsibility is held for errors made when taking telephone orders.
EXBRITE Stones Pte Ltd reserve the right to ask for advance payment for orders relating to special goods.
Any irregularity of payment allows us to stop or cancel, completely or in part, any outstanding orders without further notice.
DELIVERIES Delivery times are as indicated by the sales department .For reasons beyond our control such as strikes of delays in receiving raw materials, EXBRITE Stones Pte Ltd reserve the right to postpone deliveries, even if previously confirmed.
CARRIAGE Conditions for the return of goods must be agreed with the EXBRITE Stones Pte Ltd sales department.
GUARANTEE All EXBRITE Stones Pte Ltd products are controlled for quality in the different production phases. No defects due to improper use, operator’s inexperience, widening of bores or excessive stress are imputable to the company, THERE ARE NO WARRANTY ON PNEUMATIC TOOLS OR AIRTOOLS SOLD BY EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD
PACKING our packing ensures an adequate pro-section of the goods.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS all prices are ex worksand, excluding export orders, is liable to VAT. All prices and discounts are subject to variation due to market conditions. The method of payment can vary for uncontrollable events such as unexpected devaluation; bank cracks techno discount for cash pay-mints is give unless otherwise agreed. All remittances must correspond to the total amount of theinvoice.Payments must be made at our domicile. The timing of payments is definite. In the case of delay interest may be charged.
RESERVED PROPERTY the goods supplied remain our property until the complete amount paid is due. In the case of insolvency we reserve the right to withdraw the goods.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1.Always strictly follows the safety rules prescribed for EXBRITE Stones Pte Ltd tools as well as the instruction for the use of machines and/or electrical tools.
Always strictly keep to safety rules issued by organizations responsible forth prevention of accidents.
2.To avoid risks associated with the use of rotating tools it is strongly recommended to use the utmost caution and concentration when working.
3.Always wear correctly sized gloves that allow the sensitivity necessary to operate the tool correctly and give adequate protection in the event of the blade being touched during use.
4.Install only tools in perfect condition that are recommended for the material to be worked and that are suitable for the type of machine used.
5.Do not use cracked or deformed tools.
6.Check that the balancing, keying and centering of rotary tools is carried out correctly.
7.Fix the tool correctly using the proper tightening and adjustment devices.
8.Remove all tightening and adjustment devices before use.
9.Check that the tool rotates in the correct direc-tion
10.Always use safety glasses or protective screens to protect the eyes.
11.The work area and the area around the machine must be free of obstacles.
12.The work area must be properly lit.
13.Before starting any kind of work, install all of the safety devices prescribed by the builder of the machine or power tool.
14.Any shaving / dust suction equipment must bemused at the same time as the tool.
15.The operator must be at least
18 years old and of the minimum age prescribed by the laws in force. They must be adequately trained in the use of the machine or power tool.
16.Avoid using machines of power tools in the event of any illness or physical condition that may reduce reflexes or awareness and increase exposure to risk.

CLAIMS: Any and all claims for errors in merchandise must be made in writing immediately upon receipt of goods; no credit will be allowed on returned goods without our permission. It is expressly agreed that the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for any claims arising under this agreement against EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD shall be limited to return of the goods, freight paid by the buyer, and repayment of the purchase price, or to repair or replacement of the goods at EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD. In no event shall EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD be responsible for consequential damages.
QUOTATIONS AND ACCEPTANCES: Terms of the proposal shall be accepted by the Buyer upon the issuance of purchase order. By the issuance of a purchase order, Buyer assents completely and exclusively to the terms and conditions herein. All proposals and acceptances of orders are made with the mutual understanding that orders are not subject to cancellation. The shipping date is approximate only and may be subject to delays. This agreement shall be an Singapore contract and shall be interpreted and administered for all purposes under the laws of Singapore
TOOLS USE AND SAFETY: EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD does not have any knowledge or control over the prior use or misuse of the goods or the future application of the goods by the Buyer. It is the Buyer's (user's) responsibility to provide the proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard the operator from harm for all federal, state, and local government safety standards, and all industry safety standards.
TITLE: Title shall not pass to the Purchaser with delivery of the above personal property, but shall remain vested in EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD until the entire purchase price is paid.
WAIVER-INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer hereby (1) Waives, releases and discharges and all claims of and every kind (including but not limited to injury or death of any person or damage to property), which it may have at any time against EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD, its agents or employees, by reason of or arising out of any condition or defect of the goods sold hereunder, including but not limited to any claimed improper design, specifications or manufacturing defect of goods sold hereunder, or devices; and (2) covenants to indemnify and hold harmless EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD, its agents and employees of, from and against any and all loss, damage, expense, claims, suits, costs of defense, including attorneys' fees or liability which EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD or any of its employees may sustain or incur at any time for or by reason of any injury to or death of any person or persons or damage to any property, arising out of any condition or defect of the goods sold hereunder, including but not limited to improper design or manufacturing defect or other defect of the goods sold hereunder, or any claimed inadequate or insufficient safeguards or safety devices, or warnings.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These terms and conditions are intended by EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD and Buyer to be a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement, and such agreement may not be modified, amended or waived except by a writing executed after the date hereof by an authorized officer of EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD. All prior conversations and representations with reference to this subject matter are superseded by this agreement. EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD shall not be bound by any terms of Buyer's purchase order forms or other documents which attempt to impose conditions at variance with EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD terms and conditions of sale set forth herein unless the same shall be specifically agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD. EXBRITE STONES PTE LTD objects to provisions contained in Buyer's forms which are different or in addition to the terms herein. Buyer's purchase order is accepted expressly conditional on Buyer's assent to the terms and conditions herein, as the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of this agreement, which assent shall be manifested by Buyer accepting or retaining possession of the goods described herein
